To request a refill, please call our office and provide your pharmacy phone number, medication name, and dosage to our medical staff. You may also request your pharmacist send refill request via ePrescription.

Based on the medication and patient health and history, an office appointment may be needed.

Please note that all ADHD and mental health medication refills require an office visit.

If a refill of medication that another provider has prescribed is requested, medical records with the current medication dosage on it will be needed. If you can, please request such refills from the prescribing provider.

Partners in Health Pediatrics does electronic prescriptions. For refills, you can simply request your pharmacist to send the request electronically to us.
